Green Books

Good morning, everyone, and Happy New Year!

As you know, part of our SALC (Senior Active Living Centre) funding requires us to provide a full audit by a CPA following our application.

The auditors begin their preliminary review before the fiscal year-end, and our SALC application must be completed by February. We need all income and expense information for our activities to prepare financial projections, the budget, and the SALC application.

As such, we need to ensure that all Green Books for each activity are updated and, in the office, no later than Wednesday this week.

If you are unable to bring them to the office, someone will pick them up from you. Just let us know.

Thank you for your cooperation and attention to this matter. Your prompt action will help us meet our deadlines and keep our funding on track. Please get in touch with the office if you have any questions or need assistance with your Green Book submission.
