It turns out the member post page wasn’t working as I thought it was, so I’ve made some tweaks and am trying again. Anyone who is registered and flagged as a club member should see the option to “have your say” on the right of the backroom (members only) page.

Anyone’s first post will need to be approved before it gets displayed, so don’t worry if you post something and you don’t see it right away. Once you’ve been approved once, your subsequent posts should appear faster, but as with any online venue, failure to be respectful or observe etiquette will result in your post being removed.. .as will anything inflammatory, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.

All that said this will (hopefully) be a great way for members to post messages and share information for other club members to see and discuss.
