Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness relaxes the body and mind and helps reduce stress.
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as a visualization – to train attention and awareness and achieve a mental clarity and emotional calm and stability in the moment.
