Bill Brown is presently our Maintenance person looking after our Club. He has agreed to carry out this position until August 2023, as long as he and his wife, Sheila’s health allows him to.

Viking River Cruise
This is so exciting! Marilyn has offered to let us in on their next travel adventure (not associated with Bay Shore Seniors).
This is a Viking River Cruise from Amsterdam to Basil – Switzerland, next June. There will be an option to go two days early; and another chance to stay two extra days in Switzerland.

Kids and Adult ” B I N G O ” Starts Today!
We’ve got our license, and we’ve got a few volunteers! Bring on the kids and the adults too. Let’s have some fun.
“Bingo for Kids” – if you are having your grandchildren up over the summer and are looking for something to do, drop into Bay Shore on Monday afternoons. The entry fee is free. Each night a lucky child wins a prize.
Kids Bingo opens at 1:00 – doors open at 12:30 every Monday until August 15th.
Here’s an idea for lady’s night: Go for dinner and a drink with your gals, then drop by with your smile, play some “Adult Bingo,” and support your Club. The entry fee is a toonie.
Adult Bingo starts at 7:30 – doors open at 7:00 every Monday evening until August 29th.
The canteen is open with a pop, water, chocolate bars, licorice, candy and popcorn.

Gentle Yoga – Great Class!
Well, Sonia, that was a great turnout. We had 16 enthusiastic members and a few on the sidelines deciding. The comments were very positive, “this is perfect” and “exactly what I was looking for after Chair Yoga.” I think when the word gets out, we might attract more members.
Thank you for a great class Sonia. I can’t wait for the next one!

Gentle Yoga Classes
Sonia Kadela is taking us on a six-week gentle yoga program with the mat (laying down, sitting on the mat, and standing) every Wednesday morning, beginning at 10:00 am. Our first class will be tomorrow, June 29th, 2022, for six weeks ending August 3rd, 2022, at Bay Shore Seniors.
Bring with you a Yoga Mat and a bottle of water.
Please help me welcome Sonia to our club as one of our new members and as our instructor for Gentle Yoga.

Celebration of Life
We are looking for a couple of men or strong ladies who can set up tables and chairs with us. We have approximately 80 – 100 people at this event.
