Gentle Yoga Classes

Sonia Kadela is taking us on a six-week gentle yoga program with the mat (laying down, sitting on the mat, and standing) every Wednesday morning, beginning at 10:00 am. Our first class will be tomorrow, June 29th, 2022, for six weeks ending August 3rd, 2022, at Bay Shore Seniors.

Bring with you a Yoga Mat and a bottle of water.
