I have had a few complaints about the A/C being on. I know some of our activities need more cooling. First, leave the doors open before the flies start, then close them when finished.

If that doesn’t work and it’s too hot to play, turn on the A/C during your activity. BUT PLEASE TURN IT OFF WHEN FINISHED.

In the summer months, we need to keep the doors closed due to the flies. For Bingo, you could have a volunteer outside to open the door for the community.
